We have been featuring cuisine from the world's best cookbooks for over 13 years but this will be our first venture into the world of Indian cooking!    Our staff is boning up on curry's, cooking methods and Indian products.  Vij's is an eclectic Indian restaurant in Vancouver BC (it might be a tough reservation right at the moment!) that, like many fine restaurants, came from humble beginnings to gain far reaching acclaim.  The only true way to get a feel for the dishes to be offered is to check out the menu here   If your interest is piqued, call 231 941-8888 for reservations!
