The finale of our season features the recipes of Isabel Cruz. She attended the last Epicurean Classic and operates 5 unique Latin restaurants on the west coast. Her dishes blend the bold fresh ingredients of Central America with a little Asian flair thrown in. There is a simple Tuna Ceviche along side Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Crunchy Jicama Salad and a Mahi Mahi dish with Jalapeno-Ponzo Sauce. So try a little Mexican to celebrate Cinco de Mayo while eating healthy at the same time! This is it until next November.
