Welcome to 2010! Our January menu brings back a past favorite with the Panko-Crusted Eggplant. This crispy vegetarian dish is prepared "parmesan-style" with our house tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The Chicken Gado Gado was the overwhelming winner from our recent Honga's cookbook menu along with the Vanilla-Pineapple Salsa on the Mahi Mahi.
