Our April dinner menu  is a bit of a teaser.  We had to keep the Chicken Breast with Morels and Asparagus from the previous cookbook menu! The Arugula comes from Werp Farms down in Buckley.  Greenhouse grown but local!  The rhubarb served with the Breast of Duck is sourced from down south but it won't be long before Millie Hathaway has some at the Farmers Market.  See what I mean?  It is inevitable- Spring will show up!
